Damaged or Defective Goods

We take every possible care to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your order shows obvious signs of damage on arrival, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately, using the form below.

If any damage is only evident after opening the package, you must inform us, using the form below, within 36 hours of receipt.

On receipt of your communication, we will request photographic evidence of the damage, along with further details if necessary.

General Returns

If you are not happy with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and then a further 14 days to return the item. We highly recommend you obtain proof of postage as evidence that you have posted the goods within the required time frame.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with any tags, and with its original packaging. Returned tems must be packaged properly and in such a way that they aren’t at risk of damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damages that occur due to improper packaging of returned items, and a refund or exchange may be refused if the item(s) arrive damaged.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, special orders, customised or personalised items, downloadable items or gift cards.

Please note: We are a small, family run business and all our products are printed on demand. This means any returns cannot immediately be resold and will leave us out of pocket. We therefore kindly ask you to double check our size guide and measurements carefully before ordering any clothing.

Charges for Returns/Shipping

There are no charges for returns, however, you are responsible for all costs of the return postage. We take no responsibility for loss or damage of goods in return transit, and strongly advise that you use a tracked and insured delivery service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. See damaged or defective goods above. If you want to exchange an item please contact us using the form below.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by original method of payment within 10 working days.
